Carl Rodia

Carl Rodia

Chief Executive Officer

Carl M Rodia is a 17-year veteran of the 21-year-old Medical Device remanufacturing/reprocessing industry. As President of Northeast Scientific, Inc. for 15 years Carl focused on business development, medical device design and engineering, manufacturing process engineering, logistics, startup business dynamics and financial modeling. Prior to that Carl made significant contributions in the fields of high-level micro and nano scale manufacturing for med tech and other industries. He founded his first company at age 26 and sold it a few years later to Motorola, Inc. for a substantial capital gain. He then held C-level and Senior VP-level executive management positions at Motorola, CBS Inc. (Columbia Records Div.), Audiomatic Corporation, Polyform, Inc., Carl M Rodia & Associates, Inc. Media Chemical Corporation, EuropaDisk Ltd., Northeast Scientific, Inc. and Device Science Inc. Carl Rodia was the inventor in 1985 of the ‘in-line’ method of compact disc and Blue Ray DVD manufacturing that opened up the media manufacturing industry to entrepreneurial participation and that is still in wide use today.


Laura Rich

Vice President, Business Administration

Laura is responsible for Business Administration and System Operations at Device Science. She has years of experience in the development and implementation of software and cloud-based platforms. Laura is leading Device Science’s work to implement cutting-edge business and processing solutions to support its innovative supply chain, operations, sales and R&D programs. She has extensive experience in developing business operation tools and support systems critical to a business’ long-term success through comprehensive, end-to-end business solutions. Her experience includes executive support positions within the electrical manufacturing industry where she managed agency contracts and commissions, national sales reporting and customer support for elite customers. Laura has planned and managed National Association of Electrical Distributors conferences (NAED) and marketing development initiatives in the electrical manufacturing industry.

Laura‘s love of animals and community guides her life and she enjoys volunteering at the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity, which she has supported for over two decades.

Anne Evans

Senior Strategic Advisor for Government Relations and International Business

Anne has been a special consultant to GreenLink Strategies and GreenLink strategic partner, Device Science Inc., since 2021. She is a visionary leader with over 45 years of experience in international business, government relations, trade, and environmental solutions. She founded Universal Strategies LLC in 1999, bringing strategic insight to clients across the globe. Returning to her company in 2021 after a distinguished 13-year tenure with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, Anne combines her deep expertise in government, private sector, and global trade to deliver impactful results for businesses of all sizes.

A seasoned problem solver, Anne is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges with clarity and precision. Her multifaceted expertise spans international trade, business development, waste recovery, government procurement, and environmental sustainability. Anne’s work is underpinned by a vast network of influential contacts in government, business, and industry worldwide. She has led numerous high-level trade missions and orchestrated key events at the White House, U.S. and foreign embassies, further solidifying her reputation as a global connector.

One of Anne’s signature achievements was her leadership in the UK’s groundbreaking solution to the national waste tire crisis. In 1989, she was called upon by the UK government to spearhead an $86 million tire-to-energy power station in Wolverhampton. She united the UK tire industry to create a nationally supported program for eco-friendly tire recovery, securing $86 million in financing and attracting a major $25 million equity investment. For this, she was honored with the Tire Industry Pioneer Award for her innovation and leadership.

Anne’s business acumen and trailblazing efforts have been celebrated internationally, with her work featured in The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, The Telegraph, and more. A two-time Congressional honoree for her contributions to U.S. businesses and veterans, she was also named the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award winner by the Hartford Business Journal. Today, at the helm of Universal Strategies, Anne continues to drive transformative business development with a particular focus on the AUKUS region and Australia’s dynamic opportunities.
